Classroom setup:
I often get the opportunity to set up the classroom after naptime, below are a few things I have done.
Professional Skills:
Reliability, punctuality, communication skills, problem-solving, contributions to the team, initiative, reflective practice, and ability to listen to and adapt practice based on constructive feedback, among other things.
Nearing the end of my third practicum, I am allowed to lead the program from Wednesday to Friday.
Practical Skills:
Responsive/Relational Care of young children, roles, duties, tasks, etc.
